Interior Designer
- A native of Virginia, Amanda studied interior design in South Carolina and designed galleries, museums, and residences prior to coming to Wilmot Sanz
- Incorporates nature and art into her work as an interior designer to create healing spaces
- Involved in planning the firm’s community outreach efforts
- A former painter, she is inspired by art, museums, and people
- Family time is very important – even uses her design skills to organize family events

Architectural Designer
- Graduated from Philadelphia University
- A talented designer, Brian helps capture our clients’ visions on many of our high profile healthcare projects
Caroline Christiansen, RA
Architect
- Started at Wilmot Sanz after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University
- As part of a client-focused team, she is actively involved with each project from beginning to end
Craig Moskowitz, AIA
Principal
- Joined the firm after graduating from the University of Maryland
- Actively involved in the design team from conceptual design through completion of construction
- Enjoys hiking, fishing, and beach kayaking
- Once played goalie for the office soccer team
- Has been working on carving the same stone sculpture, on and off in his spare time, for more than two decades
Dwight Fincher, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Principal
- Inspired to be an architect by a post-high school backpacking trip through Europe and joined Wilmot Sanz in the mid-90’s
- An award-winning designer whose work has been recognized by the AIA and various healthcare design publications
- Enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking, and camping
- While on vacation, loves to visit art galleries and museums
- Currently renovating his mid-century era home
Gregory Chang, FAIA, LEED AP, cLSGB
Principal
- Started at Wilmot Sanz in 2013
- Internationally recognized medical planner with work in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America
- Elevated to Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in 2014
- Recipient of Building Design + Construction’s 40-under-40 Award
- Enjoys running, comics and spending time with family
Jenny Chio, LEED AP BD+C
Associate
- Joined Wilmot Sanz in 2007
- Serves as a project manager on complex, large-scale healthcare projects
- Born and raised in Venezuela.
- Enjoys outdoor adventures such as zip lining, white water rafting, skiing, hiking, bike riding and obstacle course races.
- Active volunteer in the local community, school PTA and the firm’s Community Outreach events.
- Travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring new places, innovative cuisine, and local culture.
Joseph Giunta, AIA
Principal
- Came to Wilmot Sanz in 2000 after working at another healthcare design firm in the area
- Loves the diversity and complexity of healthcare architecture and has dedicated his entire career to the field
- Takes an annual family vacation, including a trip every other year to Disney World with his grandkids
- Has enjoyed hiking in Utah and the Grand Canyon
- Working on remodeling his house in his spare time
Josh Seiler, AIA
Project Architect
- Joined Wilmot Sanz after graduating from Pennsylvania State University
- Works as part of a client-focused design team on healthcare projects of all scopes and sizes
- Coordinates continuing education seminars for the firm and is leading our CANstruction team
- Decided to go into healthcare design because of its impact on people’s lives
- Enjoys traveling: has studied in Rome and has traveled to Spain, Morocco, Sweden, and Argentina

Vice President
- Started at Wilmot Sanz as a summer intern and joined the firm full time in 2003 after graduating from Catholic University.
- Manages project teams designing complex, large-scale healthcare projects
- Spent a month studying in France in college
- Mom of three young kids
- Enjoys hot yoga in her spare time

Associate
- Joined the firm full time after starting as a summer intern
- Manages complex healthcare projects, with a particular expertise in ambulatory care design
- Father of three young kids
- Enjoys attending Americana and Indie music concerts
- Brews his own craft beer
Miguel Pascale, AIA
Vice President
- Has dedicated his entire career to healthcare design at Wilmot Sanz
- Manages large, complex addition and renovation projects on congested medical campus sites
Paul Barton, RA
Associate | Director of Quality Control
- First worked for the firm in the early 1980s, then rejoined in 2006
- Sets standards for exterior envelope details and specifications
- Has attended baseball games in all 30 current MLB stadiums (as well as 20 former stadiums)
- Travels with his wife and daughter
- Hikes with his Great Dane and relaxes with his one-eyed cat
Rick Sasaki, AIA
Principal
- Joined the firm in 1995
- Extensive experience leading teams designing complex, multi-phase healthcare projects
- Spends a lot of time at the soccer field, watching his sons play
- Enjoys fly fishing, running, and family vacations
Rolando Sanz, AIA
Principal
- First joined the firm as a summer intern in 1970 and became a principal in 1987.
- One of the nation’s top medical planners, has focused on healthcare design for his entire career
- Proud grandfather to five young children
- Enjoys attending performances by his musically talented sons, a conductor and opera singer
