Designer (6+ years experience)

About You and the Role

A Solid Foundation

With six or more years of experience as an architectural designer, you should have some familiarity with working on site planning, exterior building design, and coordinating elements of the design with a diverse team of architects, interior designers, and engineers to deliver a successful project.  You should be proficient with 3-D computer modeling software (such as Sketchup, 3ds Max, or similar programs).

Poised for Growth

The ideal candidate for this role is not simply a talented designer with strong graphic sensibilities.  You will work alongside and be mentored by the firm’s senior-most designers – internationally recognized leaders in the field.  We are looking for someone who is excited to learn and driven to take on a growing level of responsibility.

A Breakout Role

As you grow, you will take over the role of lead designer on your own projects, present ideas to and maintain relationships with clients, and leverage your creativity to make your mark on the community.
