An urban infill custom assisted living facility

The Brighton Gardens projects are part of Marriott's Senior Living Program. These facilities are designed to provide a residential continuum of care that includes a full range of assisted living and skilled nursing services.

The facility in Arlington is a custom vertical assisted living facility with 25 dementia care units and 125 deluxe assisted living units.

Located on a densely populated urban site, it compliments the character of surrounding apartment towers and maintains a human scale connection to the street at the pedestrian level.

The facility is nine stories above grade, with one story of underground parking.
