A personalized assisted living
center
The Benedictine Personalized Living Center is a 50-unit assisted
living center and a 15-unit adult foster care complex developed
in association with the Coming Home Communities program and the
Benedictine Nursing Center.
The assisted living facility is a two-story structure, totaling
39,500 s.f. The foster care component of the project consists of
three cottages for five residents each and a resident care giver
apartment.
The facility houses a dementia care unit, and residents are provided
with on-campus skilled nursing and health care services.
