James C. Wilmot, AIA

Jim Wilmot has devoted his career to the planning and design of new and modernized healthcare facilities. To every project, he brings expertise in healthcare facilities planning standards, design trends, functional requirements and regulatory compliance issues.

In addition to applying this expertise to the firm’s growing portfolio, Jim is actively committed to education programs that further the profession, working with the American Hospital Association and the American Institute of Architects’ Academy of Architecture for Health.

Jim received a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Miami.

Rolando J. Sanz, AIA

With more than 35 years of design experience, Rolando Sanz is a leading advocate for the development of healthcare facilities that advance patient-focused healthcare design. He has guided numerous medical planning teams and healthcare providers in shaping environments that improve patient care, safety, staff efficiency and the overall healing environment.

Rolando brings strong planning, design and project management skills to the firm’s commissions. His knowledge of construction methodologies enables him to assess the functional and cost-effective implications of design alternatives and develop superior design solutions throughout all phases of a project.

Rolando received a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Maryland.

Craig M. Moskowitz, AIA

Craig Moskowitz has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of healthcare facilities planning, design and construction. He manages project teams that consistently create superior acute care environments while meeting complex functional parameters, limited budgets and compressed schedules.

A member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Code Council, Craig is a leading advocate for the development of advanced healthcare facilities that improve patient care and the patient/visitor experience with non-institutional healing environments.

Craig received a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Maryland.

Dwight Fincher, AIA, CDT

Dwight Fincher serves as project designer and planner on many of the firm's largest healthcare facility design projects, including hospital expansions and modernizations. He has extensive knowledge of the design, technical and management aspects of the architectural profession, including design team leadership, scheduling, production of contract documents and construction administration.

Dwight received a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Oklahoma and is certified as a Construction Document Technologist.
