Wilmot Sanz has completed the Master Facility Plan for the St. Joseph Hospital, and is currently designing the Phase I project.

The project consists of a new 4 story patient tower which will house 102 new, all private medical/surgical beds. The first floor will include a new main lobby, administrative and cardiac testing spaces. The project also includes major renovation of the existing Critical Patient Care Unit, the Labor Delivery and Post Partum Patient Care Unit, as well as the Physical Rehabilitation Patient Care Unit. The Surgery Department will undergo extensive expansion and renovation to add 5 surgical rooms and 3 Catheterization Labs. The Imaging Department will also be totally remodeled.
