Master Plan

The Prince William Hospital campus has been developed on 56 acres, straddling a stream bed in Manassas, Virginia. The Master Site Plan for the site built on the hospital’s strategic plan to document a road map for the short term, intermediate and long range growth of the campus.

The short range plan has now been realized with the construction of the new Birthing Center, MRI expansion, Main Lobby renovation and relocation of outpatient services. The intermediate range plan included complete replacement of the Emergency Department, development of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center and upgrades to the Inpatient Surgical Suite, Radiology and campus infrastructure. Construction is now beginning on this phase of the master plan. The long range plan will relocate the existing inpatient surgery and CSS departments and add a new all private nursing tower.
