New medical office building

The Arnot Ogden Medical Office Building was designed for Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Traditional building elements were used to promote a comfortable, safe and homelike environment.

Special care was taken to provide an exterior design that would blend into the neighborhood's fabric of traditional housing.

The building consists of 54,000 square feet of medical office space. It houses tenant spaces, an orthopedics suite, imaging, pediatric and general practice offices, as well as an outpatient physical therapy suite including an exercise pool.
