Medical Office Building
Wilmot Sanz is designing two new medical office buildings for St.
Luke's Hospital. The first building will be five stories high and
will house the St. Luke's cardiology practice on its first level.
Other levels will be devoted to one of the hospital's GYN and pediatric
practices. The second medical office building will have four levels
and will house the hospital's orthopedic and neurology practices,
along with physician offices, exam space, and two therapy gyms.
