Medical Office Building

The proposed new medical office building at Sibley Memorial Hospital will greatly expand the healthcare options available to Sibley's patients. Planned amenities include an outpatient surgery center, commercial pharmacy, optometrist, and diagnostic center.

The project includes a new, 240 seat auditorium to replace the existing Ernst Auditorium. Both the new medical office building and the parking garage will be integrated into the existing medical campus using a design consistent with pre-existing campus structures.
