A three story addition and renovation
project to house a new emergency department
The new pavilion addition at the Evangelical Community Hospital
is the second phase of a three phase Master Facility Program which
began in 1999 with the construction of a new Ambulatory Care Center
and new Power Plant. The 76,000-s.f. Phase II Addition will house
a new Emergency Department with 19 treatment rooms designed to support
up to 35,000 visits per year. The addition will also provide a new
Hospital Lobby, Gift Shop, and a new 24 bed Patient Care Unit. The
project also encompasses a major Renovation of the Imaging Department.
Since 1975, Wilmot Sanz has provided architectural and engineering
services for more than 35 projects at the Evangelical Community
Hospital.
