New medical office building

This medical office building is the second of its type designed by Wilmot Sanz for the Carroll Hospital Center campus. It consists of a 6 story 120,000 square foot building that will connect to Carroll Hospital Center and the Dixon Outpatient buildings. The building will house private physician practices as well as several hospital outpatient services such as Cardiac Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Pain, and a Vascular Lab.

Wilmot/Sanz has been providing Architectural and Engineering Services to the Carroll Hospital Center since 1990. The projects have included renovations and additions to the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, Patient Care Units, Surgery and Imaging Departments.
